What You’ll Be Doing

As a Residential Lead Hand, you’ll work on and help lead a variety of residential projects including:

- New home electrical construction
- Residential renovations and additions
- Multi-family residential projects
- Service upgrades and electrical distribution
- Panel installations and replacements
- Lighting and fixture installations
- Receptacles, switches, and device installations
- EV charger installations
- Underground electrical services
- Troubleshooting and residential service calls
- Electrical upgrades and renovations
- Coordinating daily work with apprentices and other electricians
- Communicating with homeowners, contractors, and the Camco team
- Helping keep projects organized, productive, and moving forward

Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Journeyperson Electrician certification




- Red Seal certification preferred
- Strong residential electrical experience
- Experience running or helping run residential projects
- Strong knowledge of circuiting, panels, services, and residential wiring
- Troubleshooting and service experience
- Ability to read drawings and plan work
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Experience leading, teaching, or mentoring apprentices
- Robust customer-service skills
- A positive attitude
- A commitment to safety and quality workmanship
