The key responsibilities for his position are:

- Providing a high level of customer service that exceeds our customers expectations.
- Ensure proper management practices relating to order preparation and service delivery.
- Open / Close the store and make sure all the equipment is properly turned on/off.
- Make sure that cash tills and food products are ready for the shift.
- Supervise the rush periods to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
- Train new employees for all positions and reinforce their successful performance.
- Check inventory and make sure products are used in proper order.
- Communicate with the Restaurant Manager about stock, repairs, sales, wastage, employees,

and any customer concerns.
- Check the equipment's holding temperatures to ensure fresh, hot food.
- Understand what it takes to get the job done right and follow all food safety procedures.
