Responsibilities

- Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Sandwich Artist® as outlined in Sandwich Artist® .

- Oversees roles and responsibilities of supervisors.

- Lead the hiring process of new Sandwich Artists and Supervisors.

- Trains newer or less experienced Sandwich Artists® in their tasks and responsibilities.

- Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Sandwich Artist® as outlined in Sandwich Artist® .

- Oversee and complete inventory control standards as outlined in the Operations Manual.

- Inspects equipment and storage facilities throughout a shift to ensure that equipment is in proper working order.

- Responsible for all window/ promotional launches at store level – including executing training for all new products and materials.

- Assist in resolving customer complaints with the coordination of office management.

- Responsible for scheduling and supervising staff.

- Fulfill paperwork duties such as review of daily discounts, supplier invoices, timeclock reports, supplier invoicing, and inventory counts on a regular basis as outlined in our Management Handbook.

- Oversee,



assist and/ or execute catering orders as needed.

- Daily Banking duties, deposits, change etc.

- Responsible for covering all shifts in store.

- Flexibility in work hours and scheduling.
