Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring special requests are noted and accommodated
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization to ensure timely service
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities




- Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering procedures, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and kitchen experience

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Ability to effectively manage time in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation protocols, and basic math for cashiering tasks
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve upselling, food preparation, or kitchen assistance is a plus
