Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience
- Assist with food preparation tasks while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions
- Manage cashiering duties such as cash handling, issuing receipts, and balancing registers
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and food handling stations
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations




- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed during busy periods

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is key
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant environment
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or cashiering is advantageous but not mandatory
- A positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
