Overview The successful candidate will be a Sports Enthusiast with an eye for detail. You will become a reliable member of a small and growing company. This position will be the first point of contact on all new sales leads via the company phone line and sales email. There will be other duties including shipping and receiving, product delivery, official quoting and sales calls. Hours of work are flexible and reflect 40 hours per week.

Duties

- Manage inside sales efforts by engaging customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Oversee merchandising strategies to ensure attractive product displays that align with brand standards and promote sales.
- Monitor store performance metrics including sales targets, budgeting, and time management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving complaints effectively, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.




- The successful individual will possess the ability to grow the Western Pro Brand to further their position in the company.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in retail management or inside sales roles with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems, merchandising tools and basic math skills.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques including pricing strategies and marketing tactics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Computer Skills including Microsoft Word & Excel.
