Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice on lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and floral design products
- Assist customers with product selection, plant identification, and outdoor equipment to meet their specific needs
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cashiering and cash handling transactions
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves efficiently to ensure an inviting shopping environment
- Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and organizing supplies for easy access
- Provide excellent customer service via in-person interactions and phone communication to answer questions and promote sales
- Help with outdoor work activities such as plant care, landscape maintenance tasks,



and general gardening support when needed

Skills

- Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, floral design, and outdoor work experience
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness effectively
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or digital sales tools is advantageous for supporting online orders
