Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting lawn care tools, plants, flowers, and landscape maintenance supplies.
- Provide expert guidance on plant identification, horticulture practices, floral arrangements, and outdoor work techniques.
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, handle cash and card payments accurately, and manage retail math calculations.
- Maintain well-organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store environment is inviting and tidy.
- Support e-commerce initiatives by processing online orders and coordinating in-store pickup or delivery options.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone or in person to answer questions about gardening tips or product availability.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, replenishing items, and conducting periodic stock checks.

Qualifications





- Previous experience in retail sales, gardening, landscape maintenance, or outdoor work is highly desirable.
- Solid communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs.
- Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, floral design, and landscaping techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock organization efficiently.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Passion for customer service with a proactive attitude to assist shoppers enthusiastically and professionally.
