At Paradise LeisureScapes, we help customers make the most of their outdoor living spaces. From hot tubs, swimming pools, and saunas to patio furniture, BBQs, water care products, and accessories, we offer an exciting variety of products and solutions.

We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable Retail Sales Associate who brings previous retail experience, a passion for customer service, and a genuine curiosity to learn.

This isn't your typical retail position! With such a diverse product selection, there's a lot to know. Success in this role comes from developing strong product knowledge, understanding customer needs, and providing confident, informed recommendations. We'll provide the training and support, but we're looking for someone who takes initiative, retains information, and enjoys building their expertise.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Helping customers select products that best suit their needs.
- Developing expertise in our product lines, particularly pool and spa water care, equipment, and accessories.
- Keeping up to date with product information, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Processing transactions accurately and maintaining an organized, inviting showroom.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments and lending a hand wherever needed to support the team and ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience is required.
- A demonstrated ability to learn,



retain, and confidently apply detailed product information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-focused approach with an interest in problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability.
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist in other areas of the business as needed.
- The ability to multitask and remain professional in a busy retail environment.

Seasonal Availability Spring and summer are our busiest seasons, and dependable availability during this time is essential. Our store is also open Sundays during May and June, and applicants must be available for scheduled Sunday shifts.
