RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greeting and directing of customers in-store
- Coordinating with other Retail Sales Associates to provide excellent customer service to customers
- Answering questions regarding the store and its merchandise
- Interacting directly with customers either by telephone, email or in-person
- Processing payments through Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including cash, credit cards, and store gift cards
- Ensuring displays are fully stocked and cleaned

- General understanding of Sales principles and Customer Service practices
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a group setting, as required
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays, as required
