Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products and services
- Assist shoppers with plant identification, gardening tips, lawn care, and landscape maintenance advice
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cashiering, cash handling, and processing transactions accurately
- Maintain merchandise displays through merchandising, stocking, and organizing products to maximize sales potential
- Support floral design projects and floral product displays to enhance store presentation
- Manage inventory levels by conducting stock checks and coordinating with suppliers when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service via phone communication and in-person interactions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Engage in outdoor work activities such as lawn care and landscape maintenance when required
- Utilize organizational skills to keep the store clean, secure, and well-stocked at all times

Skills

- Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, floral design, and gardening techniques




- Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, and outdoor work environments
- Proficiency in retail math for cash handling and sales transactions
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail sales processes
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Organizational skills for merchandising, stocking, and maintaining store displays
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle phone inquiries professionally
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is advantageous for supporting online orders or inventory management
