Don's Photo is one of Canada's leading independent photography retailers, known for our knowledgeable staff, exceptional customer service, and passion for photography.

We're looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead one of our Winnipeg locations. If you're a solid retail leader who enjoys working with people, driving sales, and has a genuine interest in photography, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail sales associates.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve store targets.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Maintain store merchandising, inventory, and operational standards.
- Resolve customer concerns and lead by example on the sales floor.
- Work with senior management on promotions and business improvements.

What We're Looking For

- Previous retail management experience is required.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate a sales team.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing sales targets and retail operations.




- A genuine passion for photography and photographic equipment.
- A hands-on management style and willingness to lead by example.
- Availability to work Saturdays.

Experience with cameras, lenses, and photographic equipment is a definite asset, but we're equally interested in experienced retail managers who are enthusiastic about photography and eager to learn.
