Job Title: Senior Technical Resource - SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) Operations

Remote Job Role

Canada – Long Term Contract

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Operations Engineer for a remote, long-term contract in Canada .

Key Requirements:

- 7+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) experience.
- Solid L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting, debugging, and incident management experience.
- Expertise in IAM, access provisioning, workflows, rules, certifications, and identity lifecycle management.
- Working knowledge of Beanshell/Java, XML, SQL, Active Directory, and LDAP.
- Experience with root cause analysis (RCA), application integrations, and production issue resolution.
- ServiceNow or other ITSM tool experience is a plus.
