Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Provide knowledgeable advice on technology solutions and related merchandise
- Handle transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and optimize sales opportunities
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining organizational standards
Skills
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases
- Proven experience in retail sales, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features
- Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations
- Excellent organizational skills for merchandising, inventory management, and time management
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and POS systems is preferred
- Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining a positive shopping experience
- Knowledge of retail merchandising standards and basic technical sales techniques
