NRG Home Team is hiring Sales Associates to promote energy upgrade programs for commercial and residential clients. We provide free training plus daily team meetings and ongoing coaching to help you grow.

Location: Burlington, ON

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week (including some weekends).

What you’ll do:

- Pitch clients across the GTA on the benefits of energy savings through home energy upgrade programs
- Book appointments or close sales on the spot
- Track leads and report daily activity to your team leader
- Join daily team meetings for coaching, role-play, and updates
- Build your sales skills over time through hands-on coaching, feedback, and real-world practice

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable talking to strangers and working through rejection — self-motivated
- Willing to learn sales and grow through ongoing sales education and coaching
- Available 5 days/week minimum, full time
