Role Description The Sales Associate role is a part time, on-site position based in Burlington, ON. In this role, you will welcome customers, provide personalized product consultations, and guide individuals to skin, hair, and body care solutions that meet their needs. You will handle daily sales activities, including processing transactions, managing returns or exchanges, and maintaining accurate point-of-sale procedures.

Responsibilities also include restocking shelves, organizing displays, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with merchandising initiatives and product testers. You will support store promotions, contribute to achieving sales targets,



and collaborate with the team to ensure a positive, inclusive, and service-focused environment.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Effective communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and comfort explaining product benefits and ingredients.
- Basic sales and retail skills, such as cash handling, POS system use, and understanding of sales targets and store performance goals.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining store presentation and stock levels.
- Interest in skincare, haircare, and body care products, with a willingness to learn and retain detailed product and ingredient information.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light manual tasks, and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail, cosmetics, or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required.
