Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey
- Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos, highlighting benefits and technical specifications
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs, upselling where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipt issuance
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist with restocking shelves as needed
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism,

Requirements

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and explain technical features clearly to customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal expression
- Customer service experience with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, and retail operations is a plus
