Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Union Vape Co., responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll guide customers through product selections, educate them on devices and e-liquids, and build lasting relationships that keep them coming back.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Sales

- Engage customers proactively and confidently recommend products

- Upsell and cross-sell based on customer needs and preferences

- Product Knowledge

- Maintain a strong understanding of vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories

- Stay up to date on new products, trends, and industry developments

- Educate customers clearly and honestly to help them make informed decisions

- Customer Experience

- Create a welcoming, friendly, and approachable environment

- Build rapport with both new and returning customers

- Handle questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and positivity

- Store Operations





- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store

- Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising

- Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines

What We’re Looking For

- Strong sales mindset with a natural ability to close

- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

- Passion for customer service and creating positive experiences

- Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge

- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Bonus (Not Required, But Valued)

- Previous retail or sales experience

- Knowledge or experience within the vaping industry

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
