Job type: Contract (independent contractor), full time, Monday to Friday Port Island Painting is a locally run residential and commercial painting company, and we're growing. We're opening up Nanaimo next, and we want the right sales person to grow with us and build that market. This is a fun, fast-moving sales role. You'll shadow the owner at first, then run your own estimates.

What you'll do

- Find and follow up on the marketing leads we generate (leads are provided to you) - Visit homes and businesses, measure, quote and walk customers through the work - Close the sale - Hand the job off to production so it gets scheduled and done right What we're looking for (required):

- Proven sales experience - Construction experience (painting is a big plus) - A real track record of closing sales - Self-motivated, skilled, personable, and good with people What you get:
