Job Summary

We are looking for a top-performer who wants the opportunity to be a Sales Manager at Harris Kia. Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching and performance management
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies, marketing plans, and promotional campaigns to attract current customers and retain existing ones
- Manage retail sales activities including merchandising, pricing, and store presentation to maximize profitability
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing,



onboarding, and training of sales staff to build a high-performing team
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Monitor inventory purchasing, merchandising displays, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure smooth store operation

Experience

- Proven experience in sales management with supervising responsibilities
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated leadership in team management, training & development, and sales department operations
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising standards, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
