We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of retail sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster a high-performance team environment. Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the sales team, providing coaching, training, and development to maximize performance and achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives to increase revenue and market share
- Manage store operations including merchandising, pricing, and inventory purchasing to optimize product presentation and profitability
- Oversee customer service standards ensuring exceptional shopping experiences that promote loyalty and repeat business
- Conduct recruiting efforts, interview candidates, and participate in onboarding processes to build a talented and motivated team
- Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and maintaining sales records with accuracy
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures




- Coordinate marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients through promotional campaigns

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail management or sales management with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment
- Solid negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage customers and motivate staff
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases effectively
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, team management, and leadership roles
- Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, POS systems, purchasing processes, and store management practices
- Proficiency in budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative tasks with strong organizational skills
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic setting
- Experience in marketing strategies, customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and retail sales techniques
