We are looking to add a dynamic and energetic Sales Manager to help lead our retail sales team and drive business growth. Responsibilities

- Work along side the other sales manager to lead and supervise the retail sales team, ensuring high performance through coaching, training, and development.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that aligns with company branding and merchandising standards.




- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication skills, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Coordinate marketing activities within the store to attract customers and increase sales.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail management or sales management with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, and supervising staff effectively
- Proficiency with POS systems, merchandising tools, pricing strategies, and store management software.
- Experience in retail sales environments, customer service, marketing, and inventory purchasing.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams while managing time efficiently.
