- Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customers and promote featured products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and support store operations effectively

Skills

- Must have a valid license.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, are essential for engaging customers effectively
- Technical sales experience, especially with product demos or explaining complex features, is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances customer interactions and expands outreach
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling enhances operational efficiency
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks ensure smooth daily operations
- Customer service orientation combined with effective upselling techniques boosts sales performance and customer satisfaction
