Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and customize applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.

- Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and middleware.

- Create technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and support deployments across environments.

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression, integration, functional, and UAT testing.

- Validate data migration, security configurations, and system integrations.

- Manage defects, perform retesting, and support release validation and production go-live.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills





- Solid Salesforce development and configuration experience.

- Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and APIs.

- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Data Loader, and deployment tools.

- Experience with test management, defect tracking tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps, and test automation tools.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 5+ years of Salesforce implementation and support experience.

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or relevant Consultant certifications are preferred
