Responsibilities

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
- Assist in maintaining the visual presentation of the store,



ensuring it is inviting and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Experience

- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Basic computer skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
