About this role
- You'll be visiting patients in a school in Oakville
- Performing routine and specialized nursing duties on a one-on-one basis following a Care Plan.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2 visits a day (10:40AM and 1:30PM).

Requirements:
- CNO registration in valuable standing
- Recent experience with diabetes management will be considered an asset
- Pediatric care experience will be considered a strong asset
- Drivers License and access to own vehicle are a must
