Boodles of Baskets has been creating thoughtful gifts since 1995. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people who can combine an eye for presentation with the pace and physical demands of a busy holiday production setting.

This is a seasonal position, starting with part-time hours and increasing as the Christmas season gets busier. All work is in person at our Riverside, East Windsor location.

You’ll help create beautiful gift baskets and get them ready for delivery. This is a physically demanding position: all team members pack orders, lift boxes and frequently carry products and supplies up and down stairs between work areas on different floors.

What You’ll Do

- Create beautiful gift baskets following our designs and instructions.
- Arrange products neatly, with attention to colour, balance and presentation.
- Wrap and finish gifts to our quality standards.
- Check orders for accuracy and pack gifts securely for shipping.
- Carry products, supplies and finished gifts between work areas on different floors, using stairs regularly throughout the day.
- Help load boxed gifts onto delivery trucks.
- Keep work areas tidy and help wherever needed to complete daily orders.

Physical Requirements — Please Read Before Applying

Daily duties include

- Repeatedly lifting and carrying 10–15 lb boxes, including up and down a full flight of stairs.
- Carrying bundles of empty shipping boxes downstairs.
- Standing and moving for extended periods, with scheduled breaks.
- Bending, reaching and performing repetitive assembly and packing tasks.
- Helping the team load shipments that may include hundreds of boxed gifts in a day.

Experience with gift baskets, gift wrapping, floral arranging, crafts, production or packing is an asset. A willingness to learn and consistent workmanship are essential.

Hours and Availability

- Daytime shifts, with hours and workdays increasing as Christmas order volumes grow.
- Weekend shifts may be required.
- Shifts may extend up to 12 hours during peak periods, with scheduled breaks.
- Availability through the Christmas production season is required.
- Applicants must be available for assigned shifts. We cannot arrange work schedules around another job.
