BOKU Japanese Eats + Drinks, located in Toronto's historic Distillery District, is hiring hardworking, reliable, and motivated Kitchen Staff and Dishwashers to support our kitchen operations during the busy Distillery Winter Village season.

We are looking for team players who can maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Positions Available

Kitchen Staff / Line Cooks

- Prepare and cook food according to restaurant recipes and standards.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during high-volume service.

Dishwashers

- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area.
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and support duties.
- Follow restaurant sanitation and food safety standards.
- Support kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.





Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred for Line Cook positions.
- Dishwasher experience is an asset, but training can be provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume kitchen.
- Robust teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the Christmas season.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the position.
