Contract Length: 4 Weeks (November 25 – December 24, 2026)

Are you an energetic leader who loves creating great experiences, keeping things organized and bringing out the best in a team? We’re looking for a Seasonal Studio Manager to lead our Christmas photography studios, during the most magical time of the year! This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can keep the studio running smoothly while creating a positive and magical environment for our guests and team!

About Us The North Pole Picture Co. is a passionate and enthusiastic team dedicated to creating unforgettable holiday memories. We specialize in delivering magical Santa photo experiences for families, and we’re looking for cheerful, customer-focused individuals to lead and support our studio operations.

What You’ll Do

As a Location Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at our Santa photo studios. Your responsibilities include:

- Leading a team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and festive attitude
- Managing logistics and behind-the-scenes coordination
- Problem-solving, and day-to-day decision-making
- Creating a joyful, secure, and efficient environment for guests and team members
- Learning and utilizing our in-house computer systems and processes




- Supporting the setup and flow of the photo experience
