About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing employee benefits and group insurance organization to recruit a Senior Account Executive who can help drive new business, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored benefits solutions to employers.

This is an excellent chance for a relationship-driven sales professional who understands the group benefits landscape and enjoys helping businesses find the right solutions for their employees.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with employers across the group benefits market.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship development.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored group benefits solutions.
- Lead the sales process from initial outreach and discovery through presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and ongoing client service.
- Stay current on market trends, carrier offerings, and developments within the employee benefits space.





What We’re Looking For

- Experience in group benefits, employee benefits, or group insurance sales.
- A proven ability to develop new business and build a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Confidence managing the full sales cycle and negotiating commercial arrangements.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, strong work ethic, and motivation to contribute to a growing organization.
