EXP in Calgary is seeking an experienced Bridge Engineering Lead to expand its Western Canadian practice. You will lead bridge assignments, mentor junior staff, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across projects, from planning through construction support.

The role requires a PE, 15+ years of bridge experience, and robust proficiency with MIDAS, CSiBridge, and SAP2000. Based in Calgary, you will engage with clients and drive technical excellence.
