Department: Engineering Reports to: Engineering Project Delivery Manager Location: North Bay, ON Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week Date Posted: September 8, 2026 Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $160,000.00 Incentive Opportunity In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in Cementation's discretionary corporate bonus program. Project Delivery

Build and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule targets. Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules; prepare and execute Project Execution Plans, Communication Plans and other project Plans.

Oversee document control and project controls within projects. Prepare reports, hold meetings and other general administrative project management requirements. Support construction activities through site visits and timely issue resolution.

Leadership & Team Management Mentor project assistants and foster team collaboration. Maintain team alignment with project objectives and timelines. Engage specialists and subcontractors as required.

Regularly oversee the work of team members to accurately monitor progress,



ensure coordination between disciplines and work areas and adherence to project scope and requirements. Procurement & Planning Develop procurement strategies and facilitate tendering and contract execution.

Ensure

Vendor engineering support as needed.

Continuous Improvement

Support the development of scalable Engineering Processes with an eye to continually improving our ability to meet or exceed Client expectations.

Travel

Occasional travel to project sites and offices, including potential overseas assignments. No direct reports Leadership and supervision of project teams. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent; PMP or equivalent certification considered an asset. Expert experience in underground mining infrastructure design projects.

Skills & Competencies Technical leadership and project management expertise. Proficiency in InEight, Primavera P6, MS Office Suite, PowerBI.
