We are a multidisciplinary architecture and engineering firm bringing architects, engineers, designers, and project professionals together to solve complex challenges and create spaces and systems that make an impact. Design boldly.
We're growing, and we're looking for experienced professionals who want more than just their next project. We design with intention and understand the impact our work has on our clients, communities, and each other. Take responsibility for your work, your projects, and the commitments you make to your team and clients.
We're big enough to deliver complex, multidisciplinary projects — yet small enough to care. That means experienced professionals have the opportunity to influence projects, mentor the next generation, work directly with clients and leadership, and help shape how we continue to grow. We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer.
TheSenior Mechanical Engineeris responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Building Mechanical Systems Design Lead the design of building mechanical systems, including: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, boilers, chilled water, hydronic systems, compressed air, natural gas, plumbing piping systems, fluid delivery systems, heat pump designs, steam and condensation systems, variable refrigerant systems, fire protection systems and energy conservation initiatives. Provide technical leadership on projects, ensuring designs meet performance, code, budget, and schedule requirements. Oversee and review mechanical design work prepared by intermediate and junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship.
Technical
Leadership & Innovation Seek and apply new technology, tools, and methodologies to improve design efficiency, constructability, and lifecycle performance. Prepare and review technical reports, engineering documents, and value engineering analyses. Develop and maintain standards, guidelines, and best practices for mechanical design within the team.
