The Government Services Integration Cluster is seeking a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in .NET application development, Microsoft Azure, Web APIs, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications, including large-scale government systems. The candidate must have experience working in Agile environments, developing custom APIs and web services, managing deployment pipelines, and leveraging Azure cloud technologies.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate technical system specifications into functional, tested applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications and write, generate, compile, and maintain application code.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and application maintenance.
- Design, develop, and support Web Applications, Web APIs, and web services.
- Develop and maintain custom APIs using ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and related technologies.
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues arising during application development, implementation, conversion, migration, and operation.
- Work collaboratively with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning,



task boards, and Kanban workflows.
- Work with Azure cloud services, Azure SQL, DevOps tools, and related cloud technologies.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, assessments, design specifications, and user/system documentation.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET
- Hands-on experience developing Web Applications, REST APIs, and Web Services
- Experience with OpenAPI and OAuth 2.0
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud technologies
- Experience with Entity Framework and Azure SQL
- Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, Kanban, and task boards
- Understanding of cloud service models: SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
- Experience developing and supporting large-scale enterprise or government applications
- Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

- Experience with middleware and gateways
