We are looking for an experienced Senior Outsert Technician to support pharmaceutical bindery production and quality operations. This senior-level position requires strong hands-on technical expertise, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to provide guidance and support to junior technicians. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment where precision, quality, safety, and consistency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain outsert machinery and related production equipment Monitor production output to ensure quality, accuracy, and deadlines are consistently met Lead and mentor junior technicians through hands-on training and day-to-day guidance Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor mechanical repairs Review job specifications,



work orders, and production schedules to prioritize workflow Conduct quality control checks on outsert materials before and after application Work closely with the Production Supervisor to improve workflow and operational efficiency Identify, document, and report equipment faults, safety concerns, and quality issues Maintain accurate production records, logs, and shift reports Follow all applicable health, safety, environmental, and company procedures Requirements Previous G&K; Outserter experience required Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in outsert, print, or packaging production Experience operating outsert, inserting, or similar automated production machinery Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment Robust communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of health and safety standards within a manufacturing or production environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset What We Offer $35.00/hour competitive compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits Permanent, full-time employment Multiple shifts available Supportive and professional team environment Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Stable employment with an established pharmaceutical bindery operation How to Apply If you have G&K; Outserter experience and meet the requirements above, please submit your updated resume for consideration.
