CPL is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead two core areas: Land Development and Building MEP services, including data centre MEP. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, mentor engineers, manage client escalations, and own monthly P&L; and revenue forecasting.

You will report to the SVP & Managing Director, Global Engineering Operations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and solid cross-functional collaboration with senior management.
