Hiring: Senior Quality Engineer – Test Automation

Location: Toronto, ON

We are looking for a skilled Quality Engineer / Test Automation Engineer with solid experience in automated testing, API testing, Python scripting, and CI/CD pipelines. Financial services or trading platform experience is highly preferred.

Must-Have Skills

- Software Quality Engineering: Functional, Regression & Integration Testing
- Test Automation: Selenium, Pytest, or similar frameworks
- REST API Testing and automated test suite development
- Python or equivalent scripting language
- CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration
- SQL for data validation and backend verification

Nice to Have

- Financial Services / Trading Platform experience
- Event-driven systems: AWS SQS, Kafka




- Trade Lifecycle & Order Management Systems
- AWS Cloud Testing
- Performance & Load Testing

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and API testing
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows
- Develop Python scripts for test automation
- Validate backend data using SQL
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve software quality
