Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, with precision and flair
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including processing payments accurately and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, promptly addressing any concerns or special requests




- Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times to ensure guest safety

Requirements

- Previous restaurant experience or food service background is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in bartending or serving roles is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- A positive team player who thrives in a hospitality setting
