Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS or similar platforms.
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations for bills and tips.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following proper food handling procedures.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly.




- Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tables or bar stations efficiently.

Skills

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly valued but not mandatory; a positive attitude is key!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and payment processing.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling, and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks smoothly during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately.
- A team-oriented approach with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
