Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work setting. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including tables, utensils, and workstations
- Follow food safety protocols during food handling, preparation, and serving
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed




- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills
- Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns professionally

Experience

- must have 1 year experience in food service or restaurant
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Basic math skills for handling bills, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Experience in hospitality or the food industry demonstrates an understanding of guest services and serving etiquette
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
