Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including food handling and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and guest satisfaction




- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills while providing excellent guest services

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy dining periods effectively
- Basic understanding of food preparation processes; kitchen experience is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment
