What You'll Do

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services that meet customers' needs.
- Build trust, strengthen customer relationships, and drive repeat business.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, parts, and customers to keep service appointments running smoothly.
- Proactively manage repair orders, timelines, and customer expectations.
- Achieve performance targets in customer satisfaction, service sales, and profitability.

What You Bring

- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales ability with a customer-first approach.




- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Confidence working in a busy, performance-driven environment.
- A positive attitude, accountability, and a genuine drive to succeed.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.

Compensation & Benefits

Potential Total Annual Compensation: $50,000–$100,000 Our compensation package includes a monthly base salary plus a variable profit-sharing component. Actual earnings depend on individual performance, experience, skills, and qualifications.
