Hiring (1) Service Advisor

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a solid desire to succeed.

Job Duties:

- Meet/greet customers in person or on phone
- Arrange prompt and accurate diagnosis of the reported problem
- Make best-value repair recommendations based upon nature of the problem
- Make recommendations for preventative maintenance
- Manage the delivery of required repair action by successfully setting and managing customer expectations
- Follow up after the visit to ensure that customer's expectations were met/exceeded
- Maintain documentation, including PO, invoices, work orders, reports, etc.

- Enforce organizational safety standards
- Take 'ownership' and accepts accountability for delivering outstanding service levels and sales results
- Complete and close work orders
- Advise clients about warranty protections and potential cost savings.
- Review the repair order and service performed with the client after the service has been completed.
- Capable of Lifting up to 50lb on occasion (tire storage)
- Process Transactions in Cash/Debit/Credit Card and Deal with Money on Occassion




- Keep abreast of relevant changes in automobiles and dealership products.
- Maintain awareness of factory-recommended maintenance schedules.

Successful Candidates Possess:

- Experience working within a Dealership environment preferred, and 1-3 years Service Advisor Experience.
- Kia/Hyundai Experiences and CDK is an asset
- Individual who prioritize customer satisfaction with the highest CSI
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor
- Organizational ability and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Professional phone handling experience
- Customer-service and sales experience
- Ability to do all of the job requirement above
