Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Assist in food preparation and ensure all dishes meet quality and safety standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, efficiently handling cash and card transactions with accuracy
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain proper food handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks and ensure timely order delivery to tables or takeout orders
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly without compromising quality
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitized following sanitation protocols





Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills such as food preparation techniques and upselling strategies

Availabilty:

Must be available to work 5-12mn 7 days a week. Priority will be given to those who can work during the weekends

Pay: $15.00-$15.05 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
