Summary:

The Service Porter supports daily service operations by greeting guests, inspecting vehicles, shuttling customers, keeping cars and the lot looking sharp, and helping our service drive run smoothly every day. If you take pride in great service and staying organized, we’d love to meet you.

Major Responsibilities:

- Welcome every customer promptly, warmly, and politely.
- Walk around each customer’s vehicle to spot and note the work it needs.
- Drive customers to and from their destinations while their vehicle is being serviced.
- Run vehicles through the car wash.
- Respond to every customer question and concern with sincere care.
- Keep the service drive area tidy and well organized.
- Help manage tire inventory by moving tires to their designated storage area.
- Keep vehicles and the lot consistently clean.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or blemishes.
- Park and organize vehicles in their designated spots to make the best use of lot space.
- Complete all paperwork accurately and on time.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Ability to lift,



lower, hold, and carry light to heavy loads;
- Possess a valid G driver's license and a clean driving record;
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude;
- Self-motivating with an excellent work ethic;
- Loves a rapid pace environment;
- Eagerness to learn the automotive business and grow within the dealership.

Compensation:

- Expected compensation range: $18 an hour + 4% vacation pay
- The range may vary based on experience and qualifications
- This role is eligible for OT
