Bryce Bike Park is a full-service maintenance and repair shop serving Toronto's cycling and powersports community. We work on everything from everyday commuter bikes to high-performance motorcycles and customer vehicles. Our shop is known for honest diagnostics, quality workmanship, and turnaround times that keep our customers riding.

WHY THIS ROLE IS OPEN

Our shop is growing, and we need a skilled Service Technician to help us keep up with demand. Whether you specialize in motorcycles, bicycles, or general automotive work, we have room for someone who knows their way around a toolbox and wants to be part of a team that does things properly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Diagnostics and Repair

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on motorcycles, bicycles, and vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake service, tire changes, and tune-ups
- Repair or replace worn or damaged components
- Test ride or test drive vehicles after repairs to confirm proper function

Shop Operations

- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work area
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Communicate with customers about repair options and timelines




- Assist with parts ordering and inventory management

Team Collaboration

- Work alongside other technicians to share knowledge and solve problems
- Support apprentices and junior staff as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

- Previous experience as a service technician, mechanic, or similar role
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of motorcycle, bicycle, or automotive systems
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workflow
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and work in various positions for extended periods
- Authorization to work in Canada
