We're partnering with a leading financial institution looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join their growing ServiceNow practice. You'll sit between the business and technical teams, helping stakeholders understand what they actually need and translating those needs into practical, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who understands the ServiceNow platform beyond requirements gathering and can confidently challenge ideas, recommend better approaches and help shape how the platform continues to evolve.
What You'll Be Doing
- Gather and translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the ServiceNow delivery lifecycle.
- Challenge requirements and help stakeholders uncover the underlying business problem before determining the solution.
- Recommend ServiceNow best practices, including when to configure versus customise the platform.
- Support the design and configuration of applications, modules, forms, workflows and integrations.
- Help develop platform management policies,
standards and procedures.
- Support solution design, testing, quality assurance and resolution of platform issues and defects.
- Help optimise the ServiceNow platform and overall user experience.
What You'll Bring
- Business Analyst experience working within a ServiceNow environment.
- Strong ServiceNow ITSM experience and understanding of ITIL methodologies.
- Good understanding of the broader ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Strong requirements gathering, analysis and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into ServiceNow solutions while working closely with technical resources.
- Confidence challenging stakeholders and recommending alternative approaches when appropriate.
- Ability to quickly learn additional ServiceNow modules and capabilities as the platform evolves.
