We are seeking a skilled and dependable individual with proven experience in traditional shawarma meat preparation to join our restaurant’s overnight kitchen operations.

This position focuses exclusively on preparing fresh chicken and beef shawarma for the following day’s service.

The ideal candidate has previous hands-on experience with shawarma preparation, understands proper marinating techniques, and can work efficiently and independently while maintaining consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and season chicken and beef shawarma daily
- Marinate meats according to established recipes and measurements
- Ensure consistent preparation, quality and freshness
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Maintain an organized, clean and sanitary preparation area
- Complete nightly preparation within the required timeframe

Qualifications

- Previous experience preparing and marinating shawarma meat is mandatory
- Knowledge of chicken and beef shawarma preparation techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Robust attention to detail and consistency




- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual and committed to a consistent schedule
- Comfortable working in a commercial kitchen environment

Working Hours & Availability
- Approximately 11:00 PM–2:00 AM
- 6 nights per week — mandatory
- Saturday nights off
- Sunday night availability required
- Consistent year-round position

Compensation Competitive compensation will be discussed based on demonstrated experience and qualifications.

Important: This is a specialized kitchen preparation position, not a customer-facing or general restaurant position. Applicants must have direct experience preparing shawarma meat.

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
