Duties

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality customer interactions
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity
- Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to optimize store presentation and profitability
- Conduct training sessions, coaching, and performance evaluations to develop staff skills and foster a positive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction remains a top priority




- Assist with recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in retail or sales environments with demonstrated leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and phone etiquette skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Experience with payroll management, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in pricing, inventory management, and training development
