Kullar Homes is a family-operated builder with 75+ homes completed in Prince George. We're looking for a dependable, hands-on person to keep our sites clean, safe, stocked and running smoothly — someone who takes ownership of the yard and the crews can count on.
This isn't a stand-around labour job. You'll be the person who knows what's on site, what's coming, and what needs doing before anyone has to ask.
What you'll be doing
- Keep every site clean, safe and organized — debris, scrap, sweeping, access roads and work areas transparent
- Daily site walks: check fencing, signage, bins, hazards and weather prep; report issues to the site lead
- Act as the site safety and first aid point person — maintain first aid kits, fire extinguishers and eyewash stations, keep safety signage and PPE stocked, complete inspection and incident paperwork
- Manage on-site materials: track what's delivered, flag shortages, unload and stage deliveries, keep warehouse and lock-ups in order
- Run small equipment — skid steer, mini excavator, compactor, lifts — for material moves, grading, backfill and snow clearing
- Fuel, grease and do daily checks on machines and generators; log maintenance needs
- Support all trades on site — framers, foundation, plumbers, electricians,
finishers — with whatever they need to keep moving
Who we're looking for
- Occupational First Aid Level 1 (or willing to get certified — we'll cover the course)
- Comfortable operating a skid steer and mini excavator (we'll train on the rest)
- Valid Class 5 licence and reliable transportation; Class 3 with air brakes is a strong asset
- Physically fit and good with year-round outdoor work
- Organized and self-directed — you see what needs doing and handle it
- Construction site experience is an asset; attitude and reliability matter more
- CSTS/WHMIS an asset; safety orientation provided
What we offer

- $22.06 – $32.06/hour, based on experience and certifications
